Improving the N-glycopeptide binding properties of human FbsI
Improving the N-glycopeptide binding properties of human Fbs1
A novel plasmid display method was applied to eliminate bias against sialylated N-glycans. The resulting FbsI-GYR protein is now capable of unbiased binding and enrichment of N-glycopeptides from complex biological samples.
