Protocol for Topoisomerase I (E. coli) (M0301)

1) Reaction Set up:

DNA Up to 1 µg
10X rCutSmart™ Buffer  5 µl
Topoisomerase I 1 µl (5 units)
Nuclease-free water  Up to 50 µl

2) Incubate at 37°C for 15 minutes.
