Protocol for use with EGCase I (P0773)

1. Prepare a 20 µl reaction as follows:
   
   

   Glycosphingolipid	2 nmol
   EGCase I Buffer (10X)	2 µl
   EGCase I enzyme	6 mU (1 μl)
   H2O	up to 20 µl*

   
    
2. Incubate at [37°C] for 16 hours

*Scale larger reaction volumes proportionally.
