NEBuffer Set (r1.1, r2.1, r3.1 & rCutSmart) contains recombinant Albumin (NEB #B9200) while NEBuffer Set  (1.1, 2.1, 3.1 & CutSmart) contains BSA (NEB #B9000).  Choose NEBuffer Set (r1.1, r2.2, r3.1 & rCutSmart) when you want to avoid BSA in the reaction buffer.
