The Template Switching RT Enzyme Mix contains Murine RNase Inhibitor. If the starting material is RNA, no additional RNase Inhibitor is required. If the starting material is cells/tissues, please follow the instructions for cell lysis or RNA isolation, which may require RNase inhibitor.
