The NEBNext Ultra End Repair/dA-Tailing Module should be used with the Ultra workflow. This module is designed for use with the NEBNext Ultra Ligation Module (#E7445) and is compatible with the Ultra workflow. The NEBNext Quick Ligation Module(#E6056) is not compatible with the Ultra workflow.
